Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Freeborder's recruitment, hiring, sponsorship, onboarding, relocation, and workforce coordination platform.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only the workspace and role you are authorized to represent. An organization user confirms that they have authority to act for that organization.
Permitted use
You may use the Services only for lawful recruitment, hiring, sponsorship, onboarding, relocation, and workforce operations. You may not bypass access controls, misuse personal information, interfere with the Services, or upload unlawful or malicious content.
Workflow responsibility
Freeborder coordinates information and actions between authorized participants. Each Hiring Company, Sponsoring Company, Recruiting Company, and worker remains responsible for its own decisions, documents, approvals, contracts, and compliance obligations.
Content and privacy
You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant Freeborder the permission needed to host, process, and share it with authorized workflow participants. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Third-party services
Integrations and linked third-party services are governed by their providers' terms. Freeborder is not responsible for a third party's availability, content, or independent acts.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or change parts of the Services. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict access for breach, security risk, or legal necessity. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@freeborder.io.
